Processing

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Notebooks get spine protection, enamel pins get individual pouches, rubber stamps get bubble-wrapped, and tape rolls are secured so they don’t unravel. Weekends? We’re peeling and sticking.

Free shipping? Spend $35 and we’ll cover it—no code needed, we just like your taste.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number via email. Stalk it as obsessively as we do.

If your package takes a detour

Standard shipments: allow 10 business days before you worry. Then email us—we’ll trace it, replace it, or send a consolation sticker pack.

Address oops

Double-check your address. If you spot a typo within 1 hour of ordering, email us and we’ll fix it. After that, it’s in the system—but we’ll try our best because we’re humans too.

International?
